Cheela with pea flour

 

 

In a bowl, combine 2 cups pea flour with 1 - 2 chopped shallots, salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon chat masala (or chilies, garam masala) in a bowl. Stir in water to make a crepe batter consistency.

Heat a pan on medium heat and spread like a thin pancake. Pour 1 teaspoon cooking oil around the sides of the pancake and cook on medium heat until each side is golden.

Serve hot with a dish of your choice!
